Nature of issue: A previously reported issue impacting journey triggers was resolved. This issue started on August 9th 2024 at 01:00 am GMT +1 and a fix was deployed at August 9th 2024 at 11:15 GMT +1. The fix has resolved the issue and we have continued to monitor the situation until now.
