    Meta's support and billing engineers have identified the root cause and are working on a resolution. The outage relates to recent billing changes applied by Meta that are in conflict with our account setup as a WhatsApp impact service provider. We will update this status page as soon as we have more information. We sincerely apologise for this interruption in service.
