Turnio - Delay in message processing – Incident details

The issue is been resolved.

One of the servers in the pool of available servers is misbehaving and is automatically being replaced, causing restarts of various services in Turn. These restarts can cause message delivery delays and disconnects in the user interface. It is impacting all customers on our shared cluster at https://whatsapp.turn.io. Private cloud customers are unaffected. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
