Turnio - Chats/Conversations not loading – Incident details

We have deployed a fix for this issue. The changes that we have done in our infrastructure have not only solved the loading conversations/chat issue but also reduce the time of loading chats. Chats/conversations should now be working properly for all clients including clients on private clouds.
