Turnio - Turn is currently experiencing issues related to certain chats loading slowly in the helpdesk – Incident details

We are continuing to investigate the cause of chats and the contact details sidebar loading slowly in the helpdesk. We will provide another update when additional information is available. We traced the degradation to extra queries triggered when listing templated messages. A fix was launched and chat loading performance has returned to normal.
