Turnio - Some numbers partially offline – Incident details

The server in question has been replaced and services are operating normally again.

One of the servers, responsible for 2-3% of the workload, is under performing due to it running out of memory for the work assigned to it. This is causing some numbers to be offline. It is being replaced and extra capacity is being provisioned.
