    A backlog of delayed messages is currently being worked through, and customers running bulk send-outs may still experience some delay until the queue is fully cleared.

    If you were under the waiver, we remind you that in order to send marketing templates, you need to ensure that you’ve topped up your Message Credits, otherwise any templates, reminders or scheduled journeys will fail to send.
