Meta's support and billing engineers have identified the root cause and are working on a resolution. The outage relates to recent billing changes applied by Meta that are in conflict with our account setup as a WhatsApp impact service provider.
We will update this status page as soon as we have more information.

We've noticed some problems with messages reaching users. Our engineering team is actively working on resolving this. Additionally, we've reached out to Meta to check if there might be any related issues on their end.
