    The issue with Microsoft authentication services has been successfully resolved.
    All systems are now functioning normally, and you should be able to log in to turn.io without any problems.

    We’ve completed the necessary updates to ensure continued stability and secure access moving forward.

    We have been able to confirm that this has only affected Journey logging and have descelated this incident to Degraded Performance rather than a partial outage.

    We have identified a configuration issue, which has affected only our Private Clouds running on AWS. If your organisation runs on https://whatsapp.turn.io/ then it is unaffected. We have identified the issue and are working on a fix for this incident. Currently, we have identified that logging functionality has been affected and are working to determine if other services are affected.
