    • During this time reduced availability of the Turn.io web application should be expected.

    • During this time a delay in message delivery should be expected.

All outbound messaging is impacted for organisations with negative credit balance

    If you were under the waiver, we remind you that in order to send marketing templates, you need to ensure that you’ve topped up your Message Credits, otherwise any templates, reminders or scheduled journeys will fail to send.

    Numbers that are in a negative credit balance, are being prevented from sending all kinds of messages, where they should only be prevented from sending template messages.


    If you’re affected, please go to your organisation’s Message Billing page and top-up your message template credits to $0 or above.
