We have resolved the issue of button automation. All features are working as expected for all clients.

We have identified an issue with the button automation. When users click on the button inside message templates that they have received then they either get a catch all message or no message at all from the service. This is impacting all clients. We are working hard to get it resolved.

The upgrades have completed and everything's been operating normally since 19:20 UTC.

Due to an unannounced service upgrade, the cluster powering app.turn.io was restarted. This may cause some intermittent interruptions in messaging and delays in messages being available in search. We'll update this status update once completed.

The issue related to threads is now resolved. All features are working as expected.
